All orders are online via our website only.

What forms of payment do you accept?

POP! Maternity accepts Master Card, Visa, AMEX, PayPal & Afterpay.

We do not accept Direct Deposit, Cheques, Diners, or cash on delivery as payment methods.

What if my credit card shows multiple charges?

Can I make changes to an existing order?

No. Once payments have been made then changes cannot be made to your order.

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email & tax invoice to notify you your payment has been accepted and your order will be dispatched shortly.

You will receive a separate email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched which may take up to 48hrs. If it has been more than 48hrs and you have not received tracking information, please contact info@popmaternity.com.au

How can I track the status of my order?

Orders are sent using Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. This can then be tracked directly with Australia Post website.

How do I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled or amended.

If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy (details below).

Do you pay for my return shipping?

All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser.

POP! Maternity does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.

What is your refund, returns and exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange a return within 14 days and you will be given a full refund.  Return postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser.

Returned products must be in original condition, including tags attached and in original packaging.  Items not in original condition cannot be returned unless faulty.

If you wish to exchange this must be done within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Promotional Codes are valid for the specified time period only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

How do I use a promotional code?
